Died: 6 October 1917

Served as a doctor with the 1st Australian Field Ambulance and was wounded in action on 6 October 1917.  He died the same day at the 3rd Canadian Casualty Clearing Station located at Remy (Gruwez) on the outskirts of Ypres.  [JSB]
