Biographical Summary:

A horsebreaker who enlisted in the AIF on 23 January 1917. He embarked for Egypt on 17 February and arrived on 4 April.

He joined the 1st Signal Squadron, Australian Mounted Divison on 4 May 1917.

He embarked for Australia on 3 July 1919 and arrived on 10 August then was discharged from the AIF on 18 September 1919. [JSB]
