Biographical Summary:

A steward who enlisted in the AIF on 5 July 1915. He embarked for Egypt on 18 November with the 5th Field Artillery Brigade (FAB) and arrived on 21 December 1915.

The 5th FAB arrived at Marseilles, France on 25 March 1916 and moved immediately to Le Havre in northern France.

He embarked for Australia on 31 March 1919 and arrived on 14 May then was discharged from the AIF on 16 May 1919. [JSB]
