20 May 1918 taken on strength AIF 3rd Battalion, wounded twice (26 June, 23 August). RTA 3 December 1918 (debility).
Later known as Frank Powell. Probable date of death, 13 November 1976 at Lady Davidson Hospital, Turramurra. [JSB]
