Biographical Summary:

A clerk who enlisted in the AIF on 6 December 1917. He embarked for England on 5 June and arrived on 11 August 1918.

He joined the 3rd Field Artillery Brigade in France on 11 October. In February 1919 he was attached to the Australian Army Pay Corps at AIF Headquarters in London.

He embarked for Australia on 22 November and arrived on 12 January then was discharged from the AIF on 4 February 1920. [JSB]
