Biographical Summary:
A building superintendant who enlisted in the AIF on 16 November 1917. He embarked for England on 19 June and arrived on 26 August 1918.
He commenced training as a reinforcement for the 19th then the 33rd Battalion. On 30 September until 26 November he was at the School of Instruction then returned to the 9th Training Battalion until the end of January 1919. From 23 April he was attached to the Staff Employment Bureau, AIF Headquarters until 29 November 1919 when he went on extended leave.
He embarked for Australia on 22 January and arrived on 12 March then was discharged from the AIF on 4 June 1920. [JSB]
