Biographical Summary:

Landed at Gallipoli on 25 April 1915. Wounded – G.S.W. (gunshot wound), head – the next day.

Evacuated to hospital in Alexandria.

Private Harry Morrell Reeve, 1st Battalion, wounded at the Dardanelles, landed at Gaba Tepe on the Sunday, and was wounded in the head on the Monday, and is now in the Alexandria Hospital. He is the youngest son of Mr and Mrs. Henry Reeve, of "Arno," Wolseley-road, Mosman. Born at Mosman 21 years ago, a member of the Mosman Amateur Swimming Club, he has represented the club in the Northern Suburbs championships on more   than one occasion. He is a good all-round swimmer, and was educated at the Mosman Superior Public School.

Wounded a second time, in a bayonet attack on German Officer's Trench on 5 June 1915.

Died of wounds next day on board Hospital Ship Sicilia. Buried at sea, two miles off Anzac.
