Biographical Summary:
A station hand who enlisted in the AIF on 18 September 1917. He embarked for England on 28 February and arrived on 20 April 1918.
He remained with various training units in England until January 1919 when he was sent to a holding unit in France and in February was transferred to the 4th Australian Divisional Train.
He embarked for Australia on 23 July 1919 and arrived on 10 September then was discharged from the AIF on 4 October 1919. [JSB]
