Biographical Summary:

A medical practitioner who had been appointed on 11 January 1917 to the Army Medical Corps as a captain in the AIF. That appointment was terminated on 22 December 1917. He enlisted in the AIF on 9 May 1918 as a private and embarked for England on 19 June 1918 arriving on 26 August.

He joined the 3rd Field Artillery Brigade in France on 5 December 1918.

He embarked for Australia on 27 May 1919 and arrived on 27 July then was discharged from the AIF on 21 October 1919. [JSB]
