Biographical Summary:

A labourer who enlisted in the AIF on 12 November 1917. He embarked for England on 17 July and arrived on 27 September 1918.

He joined the 18th Battalion in France on 28 January 1919. On 24 March he joined the Graves Registration Detachment with which he served until 16 August 1919.

He embarked for Australia on 8 October and arrived on 28 November then was discharged from the AIF on 21 December 1919. [JSB]
