Biographical Summary:

A labourer who enlisted in the AIF on 23 October 1916. He embarked for England on 2 December 1916 and arrived on 17 February 1917.

He joined the 7th Australian Light Trench Mortar Battery in France on 12 October 1917.

He embarked for Australia on 5 June 1919 and arrived on 20 July 1919. He was discharged from the AIF on 28 August 1919. [JSB]
