Biographical Summary:
Served at Gallipoli, Egypt and Palestine.
He returned to Australia on 4 July 1919. On 23 August 1919, while on holiday at Cullenbone, near Mudgee, he unexpectedly "died in his sleep from heart failure (syncope) caused by vomiting".
His Mosman address in the Embarkation Roll, 10 Milner Street, is that of his fiancee Muriel May Kendall (1891-1985). Muriel never married. [JSB]
