Married Florence Hassell, Islington, London, 9 July 1919, and returned to Australia with her.

Died at No. 4 Australian General Hospital, Randwick.

Florence lived at 109 Shadforth Street, Mosman in December 1919. Later, in the early 1920s, her address is 'Chez Nous', Calypso Avenue, Mosman.
