He died from influenza at the 3rd Australian Auxiliary Hospital at Dartford, Kent, England.
He and his brother, Frederick Aubrey Agutter, both died on active service. They were the only sons of Frederick Samuel Agutter and Mary Jane Smith. [JSB]
