There is no match for P Murray with or without middle initial, who enlisted in NSW.
It is not clear why on the St Clements Memorial "Died on Service" is associated with this person, as those who died are named on the west face of the Mosman War Memorial; whereas this person is on the east face. It appears to be a transcription error as the next person on the St Clements list is Gordon Frederick Nalder who was killed in action at Bellecourt on 3 May 1917. His name is not annotated as Died on Service on the St Clements list. list. [JSB]
