Colin Airlie Warden who served with the New Zealand Army as a member of the Samoa Advance Expeditionary Force and the Auckland Infantry Battalion, was killed in action at Gallipoli on 8 August 1915. At the time, his mother lived at Lindsay Street, Neutral Bay. [JSB]
