Nurse Farquhar, of the A.M.C. who is returning with the last reinforcements, passed through here quite recently. She occupies the unique and proud position of being a sister of six Anzac brothers, four of whom are still on active service, one killed in action, and the other on furlough with his people in Sydney. The Farquhar family comprises six sons and three daughters, two of the latter being married. All the unmarried sons of the family enlisted at the inception of the war. They come from good old Scotch stock, the Robertsons, late of Maryborough, Queensland. Mrs. M. Farquhar, the mother of this fighting family, with their grandmother, Mrs. Robertson, sen., reside at Mosman's Bay, Sydney. The latter's sister, Mrs. A. Wilson, is a resident of this city, 520 William-street, Hyde Park.
